This seems like the end of France as we know it today. The unions are allying with the rioters to get more. The national dept is already outrageous. Most likely, the nation has to founder totally, to then be rebuilt in a realistic way. Too bad for everyone having economic claims on France, and too bad for Europe that probably has to go the same way.

Frankrike torde vara kört. Fackföreningarna allierar sig med kravallmakarna för att få mer. Skulderna står redan Frankrike över öronen. Landet måste förmodligen totalhaverera, för att sedan återuppbyggas på ett hållbart sätt. Synd om alla som har fordringar på Frankrike, och trist för Europa som förmodligen får gå samma väg.

This will not lead anywhere. The basic problem is the inability of the West to define a strategic target like "Russia out of Ukraine". Our politicians are worthless, which, unfortunately, says a lot about us as voters.

Det här kommer inte att resultera i någonting. Grundproblemet är att västvärlden inte kunde formulera ett strategiskt mål, som "Ryssland ut ur Ukraina". Våra politiker är odugliga, vilket tyvärr säger mycket om oss som väljare.

Strange

SVT (Swedish state-owned television) is critizising Trump, claiming that he is responsible for the loss of Ukrainian lives. (Andreas Victorzon, Omni, Idag 21:13)

Future historians will most likely be puzzled. What is costing Ukrainian lives is the the Russian invasion. The USA is critzised for not solving the problem, but no one cares about Russia. This psychology is difficult to understand.

Framtidens historiker kommer nog att lägga pannan i djupa veck. Det som kostar ukrainska människoliv är det ryska anfallet. USA kritiseras ständigt för att inte lösa problemet, alla verkar rycka på axlarna åt Ryssland. Psykologin är obegriplig.
