The statement guarantees the title "most naive today". That "everyone" will understand something is less than likely. The politicians ought to ask what to do with those who does not understand. Text-TV today also reports on a strange discussion between regions and the Government on recommendations, tracking infections et cetera. It is not easy to sort out who seems wise, or not, in this discussion. Having thought about it for a while, the regions seems to be on the weaker side.
