Regional Quagmire
The leadership in Region Stockholm is under heavy fire for the vaccination problems. Most likely, this is well deserved, but I wonder if anyone would have done it better. Region Stockholm is too large for its own good. One of the more important reforms would be to cut the region into two.
Besides, I think that Region Västmanland (west of Stockholm) will the most successful in vaccinations. They seems to be planning and also thinking positively. Unfortunately, I think that Stockholm will be least successful region. While Västmanland is vaccinating, Region Stockholm will most likely still try to figure out how their organization actually works.

Ledningen för Region Stockholm ansätts hårt för vaccinationen. Förmodligen välförtjänt, men frågan är om någon annan skulle ha gjort det bättre. Jag tror att Region Stockholm är för stort för sitt eget bästa. En snabb delning av regionen torde vara en av de angelägnaste förvaltningsreformerna som finns.
För övrigt tror jag att Region Västmanland kommer att lyckas bäst med vaccinationerna, de verkar planera och tänka positivt. Tyvärr tror jag Stockholm hamnar på Jumbo-plats. Medan Västmanland vaccinerar kommer Region Stockholm förmodligen att fortfarande undra hur deras organisation egentligen ser ut.
