 2,761 newly infected since Friday, a week ago, it was  2,275. A certain increase.

A Masterstroke in Propaganda

The Government strategy for hiding problems and mistakes in their handling of the Corona is now beginning to get clearly visible. The Regions are to be blamed, and the discussion shall focus on them. Government shall stand out as totally innocent.

This brilliant strategy is carried out in a materly way. The Regions are sneaked in every comment on shortcommings. Soon people will start to associate the word "shortcomming" with the word "Region".  Warming up for some time, Government can probably later go head-on, and then everyone will be used to the idea that the Regions make up the problem. Swedish media is helpful by uncritically making themselfs loudspeakers for the message. 

A bit dissapointing that the polical genious is at its best when it comes to put the blame on others, and not when preventing or handling problems in real time. 

The PM and the Commission

According to Text-TV, the PM is critical of the choice of words in the latest Commission Report. I wonder what we are seeing. Is this for real, or is it a carefully crafted show, put up to increase the general trustworthyness of the Commission?

It could be noted that the Commission is all in on blaming the Regions.

En mästerlig propagandastrategi

Regeringens strategi för att skyla över tillkortakommanden i Coronahanteringen börjar nu framträda tydligt. Regionerna skall ges skulden, och debatten skall problematisera dem. Regeringen skall framstå som helt oskyldig. 

Den mycket smarta strategin genomförs mästerligt. Man smyger in regionerna i alla diskussioner om vad som gick fel, och läsarna kommer snart att associera ordet misslyckande med ordet region. Efter en tids uppvärmning kanske man kan gå rakt på, och då kommer alla att vara invanda på att regionerna är problemet. Svenska media gör sig okritiskt till megafoner i kampanjen. 

Lite trist att den politiska genialiteten blir som mest blixtrande när det gäller att förklara bort något, och inte när det gäller att hantera eller förebygga problem. 

Löfven och kommissionen

Enligt Text-TV är Löfven kritisk mot kommissionens ordval. Jag undrar vad vi ser. Är detta en äkta händelser eller ett välregisserat skådespel som skall öka kommissionens trovärdighet?

Man kan komma ihåg att kommissionen helhjärtat är inne på att "det är regionernas fel".
