Who are the Smartest?
One of my early forecasts was that there would be no changes in elderly care after the Corona. During the week, there has been headlines about several counties employing more nurses. I wonder if that was what the Commission meant when they said that the medical competence in elderly care needed to be improved.
In Austria, there is a law forcing all counties to emply a county MD. In Sweden, it is forbidden for counties to employ MDs. Who are the smartest?

En av mina tidiga prognoser var att det inte skulle bli några förbättringar i äldrevården efter pandemin. Det har varit rubriker i veckan om att vissa kommuner har anställt fler sjuksköterskor. Undrar om det var vad kommissionen menade när de sade att den medicinska kompetensen i äldrevården måste höjas.
I Österrike är det lag på att alla kommuner måste anställa en kommunläkare. I Sverige är det förbjudet för kommuner att anställa läkare. Vilka är smartast?
