Resultatet blir att man fruktar att bli föraktade så länge man inte är en stormakt.
Tankegången är enligt vårt sätt att se naturligtvis befängd, men den verkar helt logisk för ryssarna. I det här läget behövs en psykiatriker som arbetar nationellt, kanske doktor Phil skulle kunna åta sig fallet?
Så länge som ryssarna inte ändrar sitt tänkande är vi dömda till oro och till att lägga ned pengar på vapen, pengar som hade kunnat användas bättre. Doktor Phil skulle alltså kunna få ett mycket rundhänt arvode om han lyckas.
