Unilever

Unilever, that now owns GB Glass [Swedish ice cream brand], is now hit by a campaign due to their activities in Russia. The company says that all export and import and capital flows have ceased. (Felicia Nordlund, Omni, Idag 17:49)

I get the feeling that this is manipulation on a high level. An ongoing operation in Russia seems to fit within the statement. Low morale seems to be significant for American companies. The ice cream is no good either, why it will be easy to boycott it. 

But the principle ought to be: Mondelez first, then the rest of the financers of Russian warfare.

Unilever, som nu äger GB Glass, utsätts för en kampanj på grund av sitt engagemang i Ryssland. Bolaget säger att all import och export samt kapitalflöden har upphört. (Felicia Nordlund, Omni, Idag 17:49)

Jag får en känsla av att bolaget manipulerar på ganska hög nivå. En verksamhet i Ryssland verkar rymmas inom påståendena. Låg moral verkar prägla amerikanska företag. Glassen är inget vidare heller, varför den blir lätt att bojkotta. 

Principen borde dock vara: Mondelez först, sedan resten av dem som finansierar Rysslands krig.
