A Culture of Incompetence

If a rich and high tech industrialized nations has problems with producing large quantities of ammunition, and that fast, it can only be explained in way, a culture of incompetence - top down.

Sverige har uppenbarligen problem med att producera ammunition. (Felicia Nordlund, Omni, Idag 21:36)
Att en rik och högteknologisk industrination har problem med att producera enorma mängder ammunition, och det snabbt, kan bara bero på en enda sak, en oduglighetskultur uppifrån och nedåt.
