It is of course a matter of setting goals and follow up on them. It is also important to remove all costs that do not give defensive effect and set focus, which could be difficult in a political environment.

Ett svårt jobb i en organisation där många i bästa fall sätter tjänsten på tredje eller fjärde plats i livet.
Det gäller naturligtvis att sätta mål och följa upp dem. Det blir också viktigt att ta bort alla kostnader som inte ger försvarseffekt och fokusera verksamheten, vilket kan bli knepigt i en politiserad miljö.
