"The Civil War"

The ruling parties want to study if connections to criminal gangs should be made a crime. (Mattias Magnussson, Omni, Idag 17:28)

More of petty efforts. Most people understand that the criminals have to be brought to justice, and that exeisting laws have to suffice for that. The Minister of Justice has to put some pressure on the juridical state organisations to start working, and to change a number of leading persons.

"Expert Offices"

Politicians often want to rely on "experts". There are at least four problems here. The first one is that no expert is neutral. There are socialist experts and there are non-socialist experts. Their conclusions will differ widely. 

The second problem is that the expert could be useless. A politician without knowledge cannot identify a useless expert. 

The third problem is that expert offices are corrupt, not in an economical sense but by a drive to increase their own importance and orgaization. 

The fourth problem is that within each expert organizations, there are different views. When they speak, we will only find out which part of the organization that is the strongest at the moment. 

Politicans have to have an idea of their own in different matters, and be able to define goals. That is their task, and if they fail in that, there will be trouble. The pandemic, crime and defense are examples that are no good.

"Inbördeskriget"

Regeringspartierna vill utreda om samröre med kriminella gäng ska kriminaliseras. (Mattias Magnussson, Omni, Idag 17:28)

Ytterligare småpetande på ytan. De flesta förstår att de kriminella måste lagföras och att de existerande lagarna måste räcka. Justitieministern måste börja ställa krav på samhällets rättsmaskineri, och byta ut en del chefer i det. 

"Expertmyndigheter"

Politikerna vill gärna luta sig mot "expertmyndigheter". Det finns minst fyra fel i detta. Det första är att ingen "expert" är neutral, man är antingen socialist eller icke-socialist. Expertutlåtandet kommer i de båda fallen att bli helt olika. 

Det andra felet är att experten kan vara oduglig. En politiker utan kunskap kan inte genomskåda odugliga experter.

Det tredje felet är att "expertmyndigheter" är korrumperade, inte ekonomiskt men av en vilja att öka sin egen betydelse och organisation. 

För det fjärde: Inom varje "expertmyndighet" finns det olika intressen som drar åt olika håll - varför man egentligen endast får reda på vem i myndigheten som råkar vara starkast för tillfället. 

Politiker måste alltså ha en egen uppfattning i olika frågor, och kunna definiera mål. Det är deras uppgift, och löser de inte den så går det illa. Både pandemin, brottligheten och försvaret är avskräckande exempel.
