Realized that I do not feel one bit calmer today than on Day One. The disease evidently does not spread as explosively as feared, but it is still worrying. I have discovered that I am more nervous about the time after being sick. Thrombus and the like do not feel good.

Corona-dogs and BoJo
One piece of news made me feel really good during late Saturday. The British tries to get dogs to trace Corona. A fantastic initiative, which I am really optimistic about. On the negative British side, Boris Johnson has presented the message that there might never be a vaccine. Negative speculations are really unnecessary.

Future Sources
I have continued to think about future historians. Lack of sources could of course be interpreted, but it is better if they are there. I hope that many in leading positions keep a diary. These are going to be important in the future. Then one could hope that many takes notes for future memoirs.

Fake Invoices
Omni reported that the number of fake invoices is increasing during the pandemic. These are often based on anti-Corona materials. (Staffan Dickson, Omni, Idag 14.03) For me, it is a total mystery that society cannot stop the people sending fake invoices.

Other
I thought about blogging about the trouble in testing and the relative usefulness of various government agencies, but that have to wait for another day.

Today's statistics says 3,679 dead (+5). A total number of 30,143 cases are confirmed.


SWEDISH

Kom på att jag inte känner mig lugnare nu än dag 1. Smittspridningen verkar i och för sig inte ha varit så explosiv som man kunde befara, men det är ändå oroande. Jag har kommit på mig själv för att vara mer nervös över tiden efter ett eventuellt insjuknande än själva sjukdomen. Proppar och sådant känns helt enkelt inte bra.

En nyhet under sena lördagen gjorde mig på riktigt gott humör. Britterna försöker få fram Coronaspårande hundar. Ett fantastiskt initiativ som jag hoppas mycket på. På den negativa brittiska sidan har Boris Johnson gått ut med budskapet att det kanske aldrig kommer ett vaccin. Negativa spekulationer är det onödigaste som finns.

Framtidens källmaterial

Har fortsatt att reflektera över framtidens historiker. Brist på källor kan i och för sig tolkas, men det är bättre om de finns. Hoppas att många i ledande ställning för dagbok. De blir viktiga för framtiden. Sedan får man hoppas på att det förs rikligt med anteckningar för framtida memoarer.

Bluffakturor

Omni rapporterar om att mängden bluffakturor ökar under pandemin. Dessa har ofta sin grund alkogel och liknande. (Staffan Dickson, Omni, Idag 14.03) Att samhället inte kan få stopp på bluffakturerarna är helt märkligt.

Övrigt

Tänkte även blogga om testhärdsmältan respektive den relativa nyttan av olika myndigheter, men det får anstå till någon annan dag.
